Romania – above EU average regarding antidiscrimination
The analysis of Romanian legislation regarding antidiscrimination places Romania on the 11th position, according to the Migrant Integration Policy Index III Report (MIPEX III). Out of the 31 assessed countries, Romania was among the states which received a good score, above EU average.
