| The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) offers 85 scholarships for the university year 2014-2015 for foreign citizens of non-EU countries. The persons interested to apply for under- and post-graduate studies in Romania may submit their application files by 15 February 2014 to the accredited Romanian diplomatic missions in the candidate's country of origin or residence or at the diplomatic mission in Bucharest of the candidate's country of origin.
